Abhigra

Common use

Abhigra tablet is used to treat Erectile Dysfunction (ED) or impotence in men. It contains Sildenafil and belongs to a group of medications called Phosphodiesterase Type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors.

Dosage and direction

Abhigra is a prescription-based medication for Erectile Dysfunction (ED pill) that should be taken as per your doctor's instructions. Take Abhigra tablets at least 30-60 minutes before engaging in sexual activity. Swallow a whole tablet with a glass of water without crushing, breaking or chewing it. You can take Abhigra on an empty stomach or after a light meal. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.

Precautions

Individuals with heart or liver problems, who have recently experienced a stroke or heart attack, or who have irregular blood pressure should be cautious before taking Abhigra tablets.

Contraindications

If you are allergic to Sildenafil, do not take Abhigra.
Additionally, do not consume alcohol or grapefruit juice with this medicine, as they can interact and reduce its effectiveness.
Abhigra is contraindicated in patients taking another medicine to treat impotence or using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems.
This medicine should not be taken by women and children.

Possible side effect

Abhigra is one of the safest treatments for Erectile Dysfunction. However, in some instances, it may cause common side effects, including: Headache; Nausea; Flushing; Dizziness; Indigestion; Muscle pain.
These adverse effects do not require medical consultation and disappear as your body adjusts to the dosage. Consult your doctor if these effects cause any discomfort or stay for a long time.

Drug interaction

This drug should not be used with nitrates and recreational drugs called "poppers" containing amyl or butyl nitrite; alpha-blocker medications; other medications for impotence; high blood pressure medicines. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

Missed dose

Abhigra is used as needed, so you are unlikely to be on a dosing schedule.

Overdose

If you think you have used too much of this medicine seek emergency medical attention right away. The symptoms of overdose usually include chest pain, nausea, irregular heartbeat, and feeling light-headed or fainting.

Storage

Store your medicines at room temperature between 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C), away from light and moisture. Do not store the drugs in the bathroom. Keep all drugs away from reach of children and pets.
