Fildena Strong

Common use

Fildena Strong, containing Sildenafil Citrate and used in treatment for Erectile Dysfunction. It is used to increase blood flow to the penis, helping attain stronger erections. It can also help treat the symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (enlarged prostate) and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH).

Dosage and direction

Fildena Strong should always be consumed as per instructions provided by your healthcare provider. The general guidelines for taking Fildena Strong are: Take Fildena Strong about 60 minutes before indulging in sexual activity; Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush, chew, or break it; It can be taken with or without food, but taking it on an empty stomach may help in its faster absorption; Do not take more than one tablet of Fildena Strong within a 24-hour period.

Precautions

Since Fildena Strong is not recommended for women, there is limited data on its safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding women. It's essential to avoid using medications not prescribed by a healthcare provider during pregnancy.
Avoid or limit consumption of alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking Fildena Strong, as they may cause side effects like dizziness or prolonged erection.
Caution is advised if you have to undergo surgery, or dental treatment.

Contraindications

Fildena Strong is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Sildenafil. It is also contraindicated in patients with pulmonary veno-occlusive disease, stomach ulcer, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, patients who had a heart attack, heart failure, angina, irregular heartbeat, stroke, chest pain, high or low blood pressure, high cholesterol, bleeding disorder, blood circulation problems, blood cell problems such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, eye disease or diabetes.

Possible side effect

Some of these Fildena Strong side effects include: Flushing; Headache; Dizziness; Stuffy nose; Ringing or buzzing in ears; Muscle pain.

Drug interaction

Avoid taking nitrates (isordil) with Fildena Strong. It may affect the safety and effectiveness of Sildenafil.

Missed dose

If you miss a dose of Fildena Strong, take it as soon as you remember. But, if the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing regime.

Overdose

In case you accidentally take an overdose of Fildena Strong and experience severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor. Strict adherence to the prescribed dose is essential.

Storage

Store Fildena Strong at room temperature (20°C to 25°C), away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.
